They are running that here against Rep. Peter Roskam. It has a Bush impersonator leaving a voicemail for Roskam telling him to keep working to give breaks to Big Oil. I have to say the impersonator does a pretty good Bush, but the ad itself is likely not to work on the thinking person, who is going to be reminded of which party it is that has stopped and continues to stop domestic oil exploration, and that bears the lion’s share of the responsibiltity for high gasoline taxes.

they're doing the same ad against Brian Bilbray in San Diego North County.

The Democrats have given up any pretense at having even a modicum of integrity.

Sounds like the ad they ran against Steve Chabot (OH-1) in 2006, he was re-elected.
