Excellent article (but) I think according to my time line you left out some minor achievements, in April of 94 Wes Clark was in charge of world wide strategic planning for the military and allowed 100 days of massacres to continue without a peep or complaint that we know about in Rawanda with 800,000 murders, but claims a victory and negotiated peace to his credit as he says he protected the Bosnians where 7500 were killed, in an illegal war effort. not to mention he allowed military equipment to be used against religious Christians that killed 85 innocent American people because he was impatient in Waco Texas while he was the commander at Ft. Hood.

Waco was horrifying.
There was no reason to handle it the way they did.

Describing Koresh and his followers as religious christians is pushing it though.
