McCain has been right on this subject for some time now.
He was right about Gen Shinseki, too.
Mind you, I’m no McCain supporter (yet), but I’ve no problem giving him credit when he’s right. His military expertise, despite Wesley Clark’s grandstanding, is exceptional.
I have a rabbi friend who was Clark’s chaplain...at Carson, I think. (I’ll have to email him.) He really likes Wesley a lot. I always figured Wesley would be above political hit jobs, but his fiasco of the last few days has sure proven that anyone can sell out.
