As a former Marine myself I know it is not the responsibility of the administration to involve itself in the micromanaging of military legal affairs. The military has its own legal system know as the UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice, that differs greatly from the civilian legal system and its sets of laws. In the military, like in the civilian world, there are liberals that prosecute events they think they are crimes when they are not. GW and his administration are not responsible for this Marines hearing and they should not comment on every event that occurs.

(Obama's mentor says God Da*n America. That explains Obama's refusal to put his hand over his heart.)

I agree, but I also don’t think that most of these stories should be out in the media, and it would be nice to get hear the Bush administration tell the American people to let the military handle it’s own affairs. I just see these headlines of soldiers on trial and I think Bush should come out and say “the military is handling it” and I haven’t heard that. I’m not blaming him, and I’m sorry if I came off that way.
What was your specific duty in the Marines?
