According to the defense lawyers, we should be 10 days away from Capt King's report. Then it'll be up to Gen Helland, but I wouldn't think he'd need much time to review and give a decision.
I stand with your prediction: no charges.

I, also, stand with your conviction of “no charge” - however, the wait for the IO’s report and the decision of Gen. Helland will be an excruciatingly difficult time!
