From another story on this, apparently that’s not even the soldier’s weapon. He got that pistol from another passerby—probably the guy behind him on the backhoe, I guess—and used it.

There is a side view video of this incident. In it, you can see the cop in black trying to reach into the cab to get the terrorist. The blue shirt guy, takes the side arm from the cop and cocks it, sticks his arm into the cab. In another video, this time from the rear, you can see his arm and then several lovely puffs of smoke and dust appear to come from the terrorist. The bad guy then leans to the right and fights for a second and then he falls to the left, inert and liquidated.

Another dirtbag bites the dust...

Klesser grabbed it from a Yassam police officer and ran for the bulldozer and acted quickly. That was some bang on shooting. It absolutely had to be done and his bravery and courage was incredible. I hope his superior officers in the IDF take notice. I have deep affection for this wonderful young man - he is a credit to the Jewish people!
