What is neat about what you are talking about is that man's involvement would take advantage of natural process, even harnessing their forces from chaotic destruction to useful power. Man becomes a part of the system for the good of the planet.
Man Made Global Warming would be much better served by putting up the moneys for the kind of ideas that we are talking about than by the many funding hoaxes which 'environmentalism' has generated.
Better yet; let's move manufacturing to the moon and mars.
