Muller needs to look at the facts instead of complaining about a right that was given to us at our Nation's foundation.

That right was NOT “given” to us.
It was and is OURS.
Our founding fathers merely pledged that our government would not infringe on it.

Muller needs to look at the facts instead of complaining about a right that was given to us at our Nation's foundation. No rights were given to us at our Nation's creation. They were given to us at OUR creation.
The Constitution enumerates them, but it most certainly doesn't grant them. It lays down governments ability to restrict them.

Our founders recognised these kind rights in our Constitution because they knew that it is foolish for a government to try and take them away.

Just a gentle reminder ... God gave us the right to self-defense. The 2nd says that gubmint can't take it away. "... the right of the people ... shall not be infringed."

Muller needs to look at the facts instead of complaining about a right that was given to us at our Nation's foundation. Actually it is a natural right that existed before. Our right come from God not man. :)
Not intending to offend just wanted to point that out.
