I have a real problem with people who attack Kennedy while giving a pass to Stevens and Souter - to say nothing of Ginsburg and Breyer, who at least were named by Clinton and therefore have an excuse of sorts.

At least Kennedy is right as often as the Court as a whole is right. The others I mention would have to vastly improve to be as accurate as a stopped clock.

Likewise, I have a real problem when people want to attack the oil companies for the high price of gas - yet the gas stations are, obviously, the place where the price of gas is the lowest - you try to buy gas anywhere else, they'll just go to the gas station for the gas, and charge you for the trouble.

At least Stevens and the crew are consistent. The only thing you will find in the middle of the road is Justice Kennedy and road kill, and both are equally worthy of our respect.
