If I were Dingy Harry, I wouldn't tooting my horn too loudly. Doesn't the Senate have a single digit approval rating?? Which means the President has a 300 percent higher approval rating, give or take a few percentage points.

I just checked on http://www.usaelectionpolls.com and Congress has a 10 percent favorable approval rating. So, I was close on my estimate and guessed right that Congress is causing more global warming just by showing up for work and opening their mouths.
