Once again, he redefines words. SO typical of leftists. The proposed Amendment reaffirms marriage , even the meaning of marriage. It doesn't ban anything. Same sex marriage is an oxymoron, a “ban” is not what is needed for that, what IS needed is a suspension of reality. Which is pretty much what the left would like to force everyone to do.

Not to be pedantic but since California has had legal homosexual marriages for about two weeks now, Prop 8 would exactly be a BAN on homosexual marriage.
