...a flier sent out by U.S. Rep. Tim Mahoney ...shows an elderly gentleman bedecked with what appear to be Soviet medals. The picture is on the cover of a Mahoney flier labeled: “Honoring Those Who Defend Our Freedom.”

Our freedom? Not to be disrespectful to guys who fought in trenches, but they - Soviet soldiers - were fighting to save Soviet Union, not to defend our freedom (till Nazis attacked in June 1941, Soviets were even in cahoots with them)...

And, yes, we all know how libs honor those who indeed defend freedom - by spitting on them when they return home.
