If President Bush is "toxic," what does that make Congress, with an approval rating ONE-HALF that of the POTUS? What's worse than "toxic?"

Thanks for that, I’ll have to keep it handy. Pelosi’s observation struck me because now who is making “mockery”, while men and women fight and die in the front lines of a war.
