Usually one would point out all of the posts that I have been wrong about, as I have done with you on each point. In the liberal world you live in just saying something makes it true. Welcome to the real world, mental midgets do not last very long in a real world discussion.
Only a mental midget would think that having compassion for a dead person would "accomplishes nothing or worse encourages more of the ignorance that created the suffering in the first place."
Once again, the compassion I feel is defined as:
1. A deep awareness of and sympathy for another's suffering.
2. The humane quality of understanding the suffering of others and wanting to do something about it.
The words that are bolded are the ones you should pay attention to. The boy is not suffering any more (remember he is dead), the parents and loved ones are left to suffer.
But you go ahead and teach them a lesson by not being sympathetic or compassionate towards them, that is your right. That will ensure that we do not "encourages more of the ignorance that created the suffering in the first place".
Your are brilliant, no wonder your logic took the day in this discussion.
But you go ahead and teach them a lesson by not being sympathetic or compassionate towards them, that is your right.
I had no intention of teaching them anything. I'm not assuming that they are reading this thread.
That will ensure that we do not "encourages more of the ignorance that created the suffering in the first place".
Which is what you're conveying to those who are reading this thread.
I lost my sympathy for your ignorance when you lashed out with the foul mouthed ad-hominems. That made it clear that you like to wallow in it and nothing anyone could say will pry you away from it. There is no point in reiterating the same points over and over again to your long winded rewordings of the same ignorance. Once is enough for someone with minimal awareness. For you no amount of explanation will help.
