What are the reverse purple lettering past the last entry line on the lower middle right? What do they mean, and why are they there?

Thanks, it appears to be it says “JUN -6 2007”.

If so, maybe this attempted fraud via the internet probably was preplanned and ready to go about a year ago.

Some freepers feel, what we were asked to believe as a real COB was copied from another certificate that probably wasn’t Obami’s.
