Actually, I'm suprised that a major-media organization like
The Washington Post even mentions the term "Free Republic" in
their newsprint.

According to august (guffaw!) organizations like WaPo, we're just
a bunch of losers typing on our dial-up computers, clad in pajamas.
Oh, and sequestered in our mother's basement.

Hence I can't believe WaPo even gives a flip about FR.

FreeRepublic is on the front line, fighting and winning battles against the evil that is infecting our Republic.

They'll mention us, but it will never be anything positive.

But they know they have to respond, because this website is consistently accurate in revealing the ugliness of the liberals, socialists and Democrats.

I'll agree with that...Mostly they are consciously or consciously just slanting the news to fit their view of the world filtered through a dirty prism.
