Which reputable, peer-reviewed journals would those be?
From what I can tell, as a reader, slanted, biased, pro-progressive and anti-traditionalism qualifies one to have their work published. This particular researcher received a half-million dollar genius grant, after all.

Current climate research is a case in point.

Oh, and can those two people accused of proliferating anti-Obama emails sue for invasion of privacy, wrongful accusations, potential libel and, above all, restraints on their First Amendment rights?

Probably. They can also get satisfaction. There are many ways. This why the pukes at the WarshPost and the Institute appear to not make their email addresses available for response by their victims.

BTW, to the degree the WarshPost was involved in this I'd suggest they are in violation of the agreement reached with them several years back.

Probably not. One thing they can now do is run a weblog that does nothing but focus on the puke at the Post and this Allen woman. They did, after all, admit to stalking Freepers.

I, for one, will continue to refer to the Allen woman the way I do the Nancy woman, and whenever something interests me I will raise questions as appropriate.
