MISSISSAUGA, Ont. — The brother of a Mississauga, Ont., teenager who was strangled to death in her home has been charged with first-degree murder.
Aqsa Parvez was 16 when she was strangled to death in December 2007 during what friends said was a family dispute over her reluctance to wear a hijab.
Her father, 57-year-old Muhammed Parvez, was charged with first-degree murder soon after his arrest that month.
Her brother Waqas Parvez, 27, was charged with first-degree murder as well following his arrest on Thursday.

It's because they went to public schools! That's gotta be it!
That it is internal problems within the family- as in other non-muslim families.
The writers almost seem reluctant to say, “All-Canadian girl murdered by monstrous muslims for being All-Canadian girl”.
Or, for short, “Muslim Honor Killing, 16 year like yours dead”
Use it enough, and the terrorists will destroy themselves.
That was going to be my second guess.
But, it’s a religion of peace..........but wait, there is no religion in public schools.........silly me :)
Pretty soon, under sharia law, all this will become legal.
Christians put the condoms on part of themselves. Muslims put them on all of their women.
horrible statement, but that’s all I can think of when someone is “reluctant to wear a hijab”. Here, put this hood over your whole body. Maybe we’ll let you show your face or even wear pants. But if you don’t dissolve into a cloud of fabric, we’ll kill you.
If “hijab” is for women’s dignity, put it on the men. Then Muslim men can’t act on the impulses they can’t control, and use to justify sticking hijab on women in the first place. Safer, too, since it’s hard to wield a sword wearing those things.
There is not even the slightest attempt at integration by any of these families.

Simple solution, castrate the offended males, no hijab or burka is necessary. Everyone’s problems solved : )
Even better: Just castrate all Muslim males at birth.
