If you really want to go tinfoil on this, consider this scenario: Hillary knows Obama is not qualified but she decided to STFU, angling for the Veep slot, getting herself one heartbeat away from the prize. After he’s elected, she pulls the pin and there’s nothing Obama can do because Constitutionally he’s not qualified to hold the office. /tinfoil

However, my speculation at this point is not that he is unqualified, but rather there is something embarrassing about the real birth record.
