McCain will NOT kill conservatism. I seem to think the basic principles of conservatism will meet the test of time more than you. ;-)

No, and no thanks to you, the rest of us will be forced to deal with some ugly realities if Obama wins....several of which will NOT be easily or quickly changed.
After you have removed your own nose...Obama will go for your lungs as well. ;-/
