The choice couldn't be simpler. I'm not saying it's a perfect choice, but it is THE choice. Who do you want to pick SCOTUS judges--Obama or McCain?
I love the attitude of "The Democrats have a majority, so we might as well just give up"--yep, THAT attitude will win voters to the Republicans!

That is irrelevant, if Obama is POTUS, he will pick the judges that he wants. If McCain is POTUS, he will pick the judges that Pat Leahy will allow....you know that.
