Somebody needs to gently explain to Mr. Simpson that some types of crime, (there is a latin phrase description that escapes me,) to describe a type of behaviour that is going to be prosecuted regardless of the wishes of the victim.
Kidnapping and armed robbery? Good luck.

“Anybody else wouldn’t be going to court”

"O.J. Simpson says an ambitious Nevada prosecutor is pressing a kidnapping and armed robbery case against him.."
I admire the prosecutors ambition.

“”How many trials have you ever heard of where both of the victims say they don’t want this guy to go to jail, they don’t want to go to court, and you still go to court?” Simpson asked. “It’s only me.””
Thisisn’t a civil case. It’s a criminal case. THe victims itnentions are utterly meaningless; if he broke the law, he has to pay the price.

How many trials have you ever heard of where both of the victims say they don't want this guy to go to jailHe raises a good point. Technically neither Ron Goldman nor Nicole Brown said they wanted him to go to jail.
