Yes they are. I miss my Katie. She was the best black and tan cocker that ever lived. She died 3 years ago this month.
She is buried in our back yard under the camellia bush where she liked to rest after a run around the yard.
Similar burial for our dogs too. Always where we can see them and they can hear our voices.
