Six men in police tactical clothing are suspected of shooting a man to death, firing more than 100 rounds into his Phoenix home in what some are calling a Mexican drug cartel hit.
Special Assignments Units heard shots coming from a nearby neighborhood and began to drive toward the noise Sunday. Detectives said once police gained entry into the home, they found the body of Andrew Williams, 30, shot numerous times, according to Arizona Daily News.
"We have seen an increasing amount of these type of violent crimes in the past five months," Phoenix Police Sgt. Joel Tranter said. "We want the public to realize that these types of crimes will not be tolerated in Phoenix."
Former Rep. J.D. Hayworth, R-Ariz., said Tuesday on 550 KFYI-AM the he had acquired an internal memo identifying one of the suspects as a former member of the Mexican military, and he interviewed Mark Spencer of the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association. The men were said to be wielding two AR-15 assault weapons and wearing full body armor and black assault gear similar to uniforms worn by Phoenix police tactical teams.

Dear government, FIX THIS or else every SWAT team is going to start getting shot at when everyone assumes they are in fact criminals.
I just listened to a sound clip from a rep from the Phx PD who said two of three were possibly illegals and they were working with ICE.
Now that they’ve committed murder I want them locked up here in the US for the rest of their lives not shipped backed to Mexico.
Yes we should try to protect our borders. But if people want to come here illegally what really is gonna stop them?
How will a wall reduce the problem? The Phx PD are working with ICE. How can the military help?
If you have a fix for the problem, other than just wall building, I’m willing to listen.
Corruption in Arizona politics has always been blatant and as old as the hills. I still want to know why the Phoenix Mayor, Butch Napolotano and certain law enforcement agencies do not want the Sheriff to enforce illegal immigration laws to protect the states citizens.
Proposition 200 as passed by the voters would be a good start.
“Corruption in Arizona politics has always been blatant and as old as the hills.”
I know why I don’t want him in as Sheriff and it is because of what was reported like in the link I posted above.
What specific illegal immigration laws are the Phoenix Mayor and Gov Napolitano hoping Sheriff Arpaio not enforce?
Um what does proof of citizenship when registering to vote have to do with this thread?
Post ‘em. Come on, just give it a try.
Well serious prison time for the scumbags who hire illegals would be a good start. Refusing them anything but emergency care in our hospitals would make America much less attractive. Refusing to allow them to get welfare would also make America less attractive.
The three suggestions you made are already on the law books. And yet they still keep coming though don’t they?
Why don’t you just admit it. You want nothing done.
Please post where or why you would think I want nothing done. Thanks a ton!
Well why don’t you tell me your suggestions for ending illegal immigration.
Honestly I think its a complex problem to solve. I’m okay with building a wall although think that alone won’t fix it.
I also think that if it was easy to fix it’d be fixed by now.
Oh, well I meant prop 300...my bad.
IMO, if services and jobs were gone for illegals they would go home and not return.
