Oh yeah. The leftists are nothing if they aren’t tenacious. I don’t expect a lot out of the folks in DC. It is a “workers paradise” after all and there isn’t much of a 2A constituency. But keep in mind that it borders Northern Virginia.
I think it’s safe to assume that there are a lot of Virginia gunnies dreaming litigious dreams right now.
