Thank you for that heads up. Great to see OBAMA's hometown getting whacked and good to see Gura involved in this. He knows this issue very well, and that is one of the reasons why I think we got that win (at least in appeals). This will always be in the background this election.

Now is the time to strike. With a likely bad news senate on the horizon in 2008 and the average Scotus member 20 years older than my dad, we better hit now when we have the chance.
