Now think; would a dem congress throw out a dem?

A small possibility. If they thought as the days went by and that the Mr. Fraud Obama saga drags into the mid-term elections dragging the Dems down were they could lose the House and the Senate. Yeah, they would throw Barack 'unconstitutional' Obama under the bus.

Again unlikely. If BHO got to the election and then elected the dems would see a legal and political challenge as a chance to demonize and destoy us for years.

Along with the “overturning the will of the people” and racism angles it would be hard for the dems.... along with their friends in the msm to even think of throwing him out.

Can you see algore and kerry making statements and holding rallies (along with clinton)? “The Republicans, in three of the last 4 presidential elections, overturned or tried to overturn the will of the people.” “All three of us suffered under the attacks that came with the aide of the SCOTUS.” “Fight with us to see your vote is not eliminated again though legal maneuvers.” “Fight with us to see your vote was not wasted.” “Help show that the republicans are wrong and that the courts don't decide presidential elections, you do”.

Possibly there would be talk of bringing in the U.N. to help “protect the legally elected president from the looming insurgent rebellion”. Maybe not that bad but I posited the questions because there really is a chance this could get nasty.
