Until the donors were US citizens living abroad, any money raised from Brits. would not be legal.

I am puzzled as to how Cindy was at a fund raiser for her husband's campaign in London.

I was wondering the same thing. I thought one couldn't seek foreign campaign money. Bill Clinton got money from the Chinese, but it was done surreptitously.
