Peter just called me to let me know about this video and the capaign for PETER PAUL FOR PRESIDENT 2008. This is the first I've seen of this. I've just apparently become campaign manager. Does someone know where this Channel 3 is? How about how to reach Diana Falzone?

If you watched the video, it is really about some guy named Peter Paul whom a friend suggested would be a good president. Apparently that idea went viral on the internet.
