Yep, I have a yellow birth cert and a white one than, in no way resemble each other, except the D.O.B., my name, and mom’s name. One has a bunch of details (weight, doctor, father, etc), the other just the essentials.

I also have two “certificates”. The one with the bunch of details was issued by the hospital while the other is the official county maintained version.

He was a citizen. George Romney (Mitt's father) was born (IIRC) in Mexico and evidence exists that his parents had left Utah for Mexico because they were (though monogamous) angry at the US for forcing monogamy on Utah as a condition of citizenship. Whatever. George Romney was an American citizen by birth to American citizens.
As to those born abroad, one parent's American citizenship will suffice. As to those born in American territory, the parents' citizenship is irrelevant and the child becomes an American citizen by birth. The child in any of thee cases may also have citizenship in other countries. Contrary to popular myth, dual and multiple citizenship is allowed and raher common. Elizabeth Taylor was born in England and has English citizenship. She also, in youth, was naturalized as an American citizen. She converted to Judaism when she married Eddie Fisher and acquired Israeli citizenship. She has that triple citizenship to this day.

Instead of just TALKING about it, someone just SUER Obama and MAKE him present a certified, stamped copy of his birth certificate. I would think that any citizen would have an interest in making sure Obama is constitutionally qualified to be president and would have standing to bring such a lawsuit.
