When & by who would his eligibility be checked? Shouldn’t it be done before being sworn in?
What if he was found to be ineligible after winning the election but before being sworn in. Who would then be sworn in? His VP running mate?

What if he was found to be ineligible after winning the election but before being sworn in. Who would then be sworn in? His VP running mate? Assuming his VP is a natural born citizen, he would sworn in as President 1/20/2009.
Personally I think Obama is going to make a fatal error with his choice of VP.
