All I know if I had a great grandfather who came to this country at age 5 and if I recall family lore, his birth certificate and paperwork at the court house in this country were lost along the way because of a fire. In his nineties he had to go through naturalization.

Now if that is good for a “normal citizen” I think it is only fair for someone who wants to be our next President man up and show the paperwork. Barry knocked another Democrat out of his first primary race because she didn’t dot every T and cross every I in Illinois. Only seems fair to demand he do the same.

I don't get the connection between your story and Obama. Was you grandfather born in the US or outside the country? If he was born elsewhere, what was his birth certificate doing in a US courthouse - had he become a citizen and then have to go through the process again?
