My friend, you are probably correct:

“It’s real, really from the Department of Health.

But it’s not properly certified.

Some clerk made it, passed it to the Obama people.

That’s my take from last night,

though I didn’t get any support, :(

But I got dibs on that interpretation.”

Add that to the lack of the impression of the legal seal and his dad being listed as African for his race remind me of the Blather BS in 2004.

Yes, the impressed seal is lacking, but some hypothesized maybe that didn’t show up in the way the Obama people scanned it. I don’t think so, but inarguable is the following:

1. Both the Obama and Decosta documents show bleed through of the date stamping on the reverse side. They are nearly in the same position.

2. The Decosta document shows a bleed through of the signature block on the reverse side.

3. The Obama document shows no signature block bleed through, ie, it does not exist.

Therefore, the document is not properly authorized, and probably doesn’t have the impression either. No forger is going to forge only the date stamping but not the more important signature block. The document probably was created by someone in the Dept. of Health but avoided regular processes on behalf of the Obama campaign.

Outside chance—the department was so overcome with Obamamessiahism that they lost all reason in handling the request and rushed it to the Messiah forgetting usual procedures.

I said this before on a similar thread: The analysis of this document reveals that it is a cut and paste Photoshop job. That is, someone painstakingly took pieces of border design and moved them around on the page. Then they took pieces of bitmapped text from who knows where and placed them on the page...all for the purpose of faking an "official" looking document. I am a graphic artist who uses Photoshop every day. They did not do a very good job, but this is not something a secretary or clerk would routinely do to fulfill a routine request.
