Why if they are the same revision number, are they different?
One says "date filed by Registrar" the other "date accepted by State Registrar"

Why if they are the same revision number, are they different? One says "date filed by Registrar" the other "date accepted by State Registrar" The only answer I can think of (research may prove me wrong) is that the form is a basic generic blank with border and seal, and the computer prints many specific certificates on it with headings and data fields, including the form and rev line that prints above the pre-printed border.
