When I say “genuine” I mean a document created by someone in the Hawaii Dept. of Health, not some photo-shop pastiche made elsewhere. I agree it appears to be without the certification impression and signature block.

Barack: Wonderful idea. What hawaiian name is there that starts with H?
Anne: Ever since I’ve been here in Hawaii people call me “haole”. I asked a Hawaiian friend about that and she said it means “beautiful.” She kind of laughed about it...she was jealous I guess.
Barack: Barry Haole Obama. That is beautiful. Let’s name him Barry Haole Obama.
Anne: Let’s!
