Why? Look, just find out if he has a passport. If he does, then he has a birth certificate. One can get a US Passport without meeting the requirements of the office of President. George Soros holds a US Passport, FCOL.

One can get a US Passport without meeting the requirements of the office of President. George Soros holds a US Passport, FCOL. George Soros is a natrualized citizen and had to provide proof of naturalization when he applied for the passport. If Obama was born in the states then so would he.
