That's how much Demarius Cummings said he found in the pockets of two Christian-music producers whom his cousin James Broadnax, speaking in a separate jailhouse interview, admitted gunning down early Thursday in Garland.
The 19-year-old suspects gave interviews Monday at the Dallas County Jail, where each is being held on $1 million bail.

Why stink up the landfill like that???
Kill em.
I wonder where society went wrong with these gentlemen? I hope they get adequate rehabilitation and can return to society as productive citizens in a couple of years.
The wife of one of the victims must be an Obama supporter:
"But I believe that these men really are good people, they just had bad circumstances. They just had bad things that...that were in their heart and...and um caused them to do this".
Scary to me that people are too afraid to call evil people evil any more.
These killers and others look like human beings but they have no soul and they do only evil - the Carr brothers, Alejandro Avila, etc. The only solution is to execute them for they will remain a threat to prison guards, fellow prisoners, and the rest of us should they escape or be granted a pardon.
These, and all other scum-suckers, will remain in the appeals process until the legal profession has squeezed all of the money, photo-ops, political opportunity, and blame-laying out of the case. After all, if it weren’t for ‘white slave owners’ these two would be Wall Street moguls.
Hate crimes charges to be filed, right? Right?
Amen!!!
LLS
I think it was Broadnax who appeared the more callous of the two. The other didn’t seem remorseful either, but the idiot Broadnax almost seemed gleeful if you could understand anything in between the bleeps. He took real joy in explaining how he killed (he was the gunman) the two men.
I’m all for public executions in many cases. Let Broadnax swing from the end of a rope until sundown as an example of the fate that awaits dogs like these.
As wretched an inidvidual as one can possibly imagine.

"How do we know these confessions weren't beatin out of them? Were they told of their right to a lawyer? And the death penalty shouldn't be applied to someone that committed a crime out of desperation for food or a roof over their head."
Oh, that’s right, I did get that memo.
...figures.
He probably developed his hatred of white people by attending the “Reverend” Wright’s “church.”
I wonder if this criminal moved to Texas from Chicago?
Not necessarily for altruistic reasons, though. She probably just jumped at the chance to get rid of them before they killed her.
In the big picture, excuse-makers like this are just as much a part of the problem as the perps. This is the sort of thinking that has allowed career criminals to keep getting put back on the streets, and career "juvenile" criminals to end up with no criminal record. If it weren't for the excuse-makers and the politicians they help elect, the neighborhoods full of career criminals wouldn't exist, because they'd all be locked up, instead of roaming the streets committing crimes and inspiring another generation to do the same. Some of them would actually straighten out, if they were locked up for years after their first "minor" offense, instead of being allowed to go right back to associating with the crowd that inspired them to commit their first crime.
I’m sure those boyz are no worse than my neighbors (but that’s another story).
