They’ve sure got it backwards. It should be a capital crime to attempt to criminalize free speech.
Hansen is a government employee. As such, he is not allowed to to engage in political advocacy. The global warming scam is definitely political. Hansen is using his NASA position to further his credibility on psudeo-science of GW. He could/should be charged under provisions of the Hatch Act. It is not a violation of his personal free speech rights
