Maybe so, but McCain’s flip-flop on drilling and Obama’s continuing to propose more regulation for the problem has put a huge dent in this. You can tell by the fact that Obama has proposed various items - tax the oil companies, regulate the speculators, etc - while McCain has merely proposed one....Obviously he got the desired response. The messanianic disciples will of course slobber all over themselves saying that regulation is the “way to go”, but the voting block he needs most is not buying it.
