George Carlin reported dead from heart failure.
I remember many years ago when he used to be funny.
Carlin had a quote that I’ve used more than once on FR,
“The word ‘bipartisan’ means that some larger-than-usual deception is being carried out.”
Hope, at least, he got his own “two-minute warning”.
Ditto
Yep. I’m with you. Sadly for Carlin.
I didnt find any humor in the hateful things which he had to say about Catholics and other Christians. Im supposed to forgive him and pray for his soul. In his case it will be difficult. However, Christianity wasnt supposed to be easy.
Below is a link to a 1975 appearance by George Carlin which aired on SNL last night. Enjoy! (He did baseball/football here)

Carlin had a great monologue back in the early ‘80s, bashing the envirowackos...the one’s who want to “save the planet.”
“So what? I’ll just be the Earth...plus plastic.”
No,that's not quite "good."
"Good" is being a Yankees fan.
What was the other thing about him that was supposed to be good?
