As I said, virtual border techniques are still being developed! It is not easy, as we both know. If anyone has something to offer, they can submit their ideas to the United States Border Control. People need to know that making things work don't always come with the click of a microwave start button. We need to be patient. Otherwise, if they are not having enough fun, stand up, kick themselves in the rear, and sit back down.

DHS won’t even listen to the Border Patrol (Border Control??) they sure won’t listen to us. Our own prez candidate won’t listen to us. Just how ‘patient’ do you suppose we must be?

Patience, tolerance, all that good stuff got us here. Do you know what 20 million illegal aliens looks like?

That is the population of 18 states....EIGHTEEN! Any more patience and we can just give them the rest of the country.

We don't need borders. People are not illegal. We must bring our amigos out of the shadows. Family values do not end at the border. We owe these people free health care, education, and support. We must assimilate into their superior culture. Cheap labor and the bottom line trump that antiquated, nativist notion of sovereignty every time. Viva Juan McCain! Reconquista!

There will be no unrest. There are no men left in America. Roll over and submit. That's what will happen. As a good conservative, you must never question the authorities.

Well mccain can bring it up but as long as we elect enough GOP Senators back like last time it won’t go anywhere. It’s just that after eight years of beating back amnesty attempts how many times do you have to tell these clowns NO?

NO reason for the GOP to exist in its present form. It's malignant.

True its usually called pemex. I've also seen it called Petroleos Mexicanos. Here's a year old washington post article on the matter. the even as production declines the mexicans are doing nothing because prices are rising.

We can secure the boarder with virtual boarder techniques which are still being developed. I challange my arm chair nay sayers to submit their virtual border devices to the United States Border Control. Otherwise, save their pissy statements that scapegoat McCain for our difficult southern border situation, to themselves.

Hey criminal lover... how about sealing the border with guns and bullets !!!!! The MARINES could do it in 24hrs!!!!!!!!

I have said for the past 6 or 7 years that I would not support him for any office. You want to learn something funny? I opened a large envelope from McCain's office. In it was an 8x10 photo of John and his adoring wife. I told my daughter and she asked me what was I going to do with it. I said maybe put it on the tank of the commode. She laughed about that idea. Any ideas?

Send him a penny donation wrapped in several pieces of paper.
It costs him more to deal with a lousy penny then not.

Oregon(my home state) is a big agriculture state. The Willamette Valley has some of the best farm land in the world. Some 60% of the world's grass seed is produced here, and about 1/4 of the nation's onions are grown in the Eastern part of the state. The piece of crap Oregonian had a big article on the use of migrant workers here and how many of the crops will basically rot on the vine without the use of the migrant labor.

I like to eat, therefore I want the crops picked. I like to drive, therefore I support drilling. I think Bush and McCain are on the right track with expanding the temporary worker program. You can argue that they shouldn't have a path to citizenship and that's fine, but we have to have people to harvest the crops.

Here's the link and an excerpt.

Oregon agriculture faces migrant crackdowns

For decades, seasonal farm labor has been a sure thing, but pending federal and state immigration restrictions could trigger a critical shortage -- later this year or next -- leaving growers scrambling for workers. At stake is Oregon's $26 billion agriculture industry, second only to high-tech among the state's economic engines. During the peak summer season, the farm labor force nearly doubles, to an estimated 80,000 workers, of which 50 percent to 75 percent are illegal, according to most estimates. Economists say losing that much of the labor force threatens to paralyze not only the farm sector but also related industries such as food processors, restaurants, lenders and shippers.

If you had a simple understanding of economics, you would know that, since you like to eat, the crops won't whither on the vine. Rather, the price will simply go up a little such that the poor agriculture companies might actually have to pay a little bit better. Or, we could kick everyone off of all state support, and they will have to work in the fields or starve.
