“The problem with the blue dog democrats going along with the lib leadership, most do not have any competition this fall.”
There’s always next year, and future years.
I think too many conservatives were duped by the so-called blue dog Dems, and I hope they see what’s going on, and won’t be duped in future elections.
Blue dog Dems are beholding to the Democrat Party.
At least when we vote for Republican CONSERVATIVES, they are not as likely to turn liberal (although some of them do, as well).

Get your membership card early - oh, you may already have one...
No thanks. I have no intention of voting for McCain.

McCains position has changed with the dramatic increase in gas prices.
Do you mean it changed from just approximately two weeks ago when he publicly opposed drilling in ANWR?
You can spin it by referring to it as changing his mind but I prefer to stick with the obvious fact he is trying to play both ends against the middle.

I prefer to stick with the obvious fact ... What's become obvious is that you are, per your run of posts, a rabid McCain hater - and it appears would rather let obamama into the WH....

Mix in miners with smoking rate and mining lung cancer rates get very soft.

I don’t want to add miners to the smokers.

I was flashing back to my ute. Circa 1970’s. Girls in jean skirts, big hair, cigarettes smoking outside the High School doors.
.....errr...ancient HIS story.

You're getting better but still don't fully understand. I'm a rabid socialist hater regardless if there is an R or D after a candidate's name. It is more than apparent you prefer to blindly follow the slippery slope of socialism the GOP has been going down for years under the pretense it is some how perceived as winning to align oneself with those who have no intention of relenting any of their socialist principles. For some inexplicable reason the GOP consistently feels compelled to reach out to the other side in the name of "compromise" and bipartisanship". The irony is the socialist Democrats interpret such ill fated thinking as a signal to take more.
