Please, please allow me to lie to myself....I can think of no other way to stop the (slightly) worse nightmare of President Obama......I am trying so hard to be like those McCainiacs....I am down to only three bouts of nausea a day when thinking about voting for him and the thoughts of opening a vein only come in nightmares nowadays and thank God because those wake me up from the night sweats.
While I share your sentiments about drilling for oil, if a trustworthy candidate had said that, I would believe him. But, Mac has more lies than Carter has pills, he's made a history of betrayal and if you want to know how someone will behave in the future, study his past.
IOW, find yourself a good third party candidate. The Presidency is lost no matter who gets in. We might at least salvage the future by sending the GOP a message by not rubber-stamping their boy.
