The two presidential candidates will discuss matters of interest for the latin american community in this country.
The Angeles.- The two main presidential candidates, Republican John McCain and Democrat Barack Obama, will be the guests of honor at the third Latin American National Congress, that will be carried out on July 18 and 19 in Los Angeles.
The organizers confirmed the participation of the two politicians in the event, that will be performed in an exclusive hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, where it is expected that more than 300 organizations of 20 cities will attend.
On the first day, McCain will be presented during lunch and Obama at dinner. The two virtual presidential candidates will discuss matters of interest for the latin american community in this country.
In the First National Latin American Congress of 2006, 70 resolutions on diverse issues were taken and 260 local and national organizations assisted, in 2007 300 cities attended and 98 resolutions were adopted.
Among the issues undertaken during both congresses were educational reform, migration, public health, urban development and foreign policy, among others.
The organizers advanced that they prepare an ambitious agenda to promote the registration of millions of latin Americans as new voters in order to continue growing like a political force that can influence the elections next November.
The leader of Latin-American Mexican Brotherhood and the Mexican-American Political Association (MAPA), Nativo López, indicated that the young voters can make the difference in the electoral mobilization.
'In this electoral year we should move and act as a united family and no one is left behind', indicated López, who considered that another of the issues that will be emphasized in the debate will be driver's licenses for ILLEGAL aliens.
Among the organizations that will attend the event are the Willie C. Velásquez Institute, the League of Latin-American United Citizens (LULAC), the Mexican-american Educational and Legal Defense Fund (MALDEF) and the National Network of Day Laborers (NDLON).
As well as the Hispanic Federation, the Educational Project of Registration of Voters of the Southwest (SVREP), the National Alliance of Latin-American and Caribbean Communities (NALACC) and the Hispanic National Council on Environment (NHEC).

I was one of the 150 people at the Drake Hotel in Downtown Chicago Wednesday night who came to hear John McCain speak to Illinois Hispanics.
Personally, as an Original Minuteman who attended the Historic Minuteman Border Watch in 2005 on the Arizona/ Mexico border, and returning 2 more times for a tour of duty along our southern Border, I was especially looking forward to what John Mc Cain would say about illegal immigration.
This was a NO MEDIA ALLOWED EVENT! That is why I am reporting back to you, all of you folks who have fought so hard with your phone calls to Washington D.C. last summer, shutting down the Washington DC switch board and defeating the AMNESTY BILL. I am reporting back to you those of you who work tirelessly in your local cities and towns trying to get some public elected official to care and enforce the rule of law.
I was told by my friend and fellow Hispanic Marianne Davies who is on the board of “You Don’t Speak for Me” that John Mc Cain has been going across the country having “PRIVATE” meetings with Hispanics.
Although the invitation said we would be able to ask questions, that “question “ time with John Mc Cain never happened. That was OK with me, I never had the intention of asking a question, I knew exactly the kind of open borders crowd I was with.
John Mc Cain’s favorite mantras of the evening was Comprehensive Immigration Reform. But he started out first of all saying if he is gonna win the Presidential election he will need the support of the Latino community.
He said “ My state has been enriched by the Hispanic culture in Arizona.”
Then John MC Cain asked a question “Did you know this? I bet some of you did not know that Spanish was spoken in Arizona before English” ...Loud cheers from the audience. (OK John Mc Cain What is your AZATLAN POINT?)
Then he said “ I want to have some straight talk about our relationship with Mexico, our closest neighbor and dearest friend” He talked about the Mexican President fighting the drug cartels.
Then John Mc Cain said the exact thing I came to hear, he said “I was proud to work for Comprehensive Immigration Reform ( another word for Amnesty) and If I am elected President I assure you that in 2009 I will ask Congress to pass Comprehensive Immigration Reform.” (The crowd goes wild) “It is a Federal Responsibility” he said and continued “ we also need a temporary guest worker program”
He then told a story about a day laborer who got picked up this morning, worked all day and then never got paid...We have no Federal Policy, we cannot allow this to happen, he said, He repeated I assure you that I will work for Comprehensive Immigration Reform. (AMNESTY)
John McCain talked about a debate he was in about enforcing the law and he says that the “other side had a lot of Rhetoric “you know what I am talking about!” he said.
I guess the most telling event of the evening was a certain person who was in the room. From my own account he is the Godfather of the massive illegal alien movement in Illinois. He is a Democrat and part of the HDO, Martin Sandoval - serves on a Mexican government advisory council. In fact, you can see his name on this list of their advisors:

Martin Sandoval, Illinois senator, wants to represent Mexicans too. Martin Sandoval is a state Senator from Illinois. He’s also running for a seat on Mexico’s “Institute for Mexicans Abroad” advisory council: Sandoval would be the first elected official in the U.S. to serve on the advisory council. That raises the peculiar prospect of the Cicero Democrat offering policy advice in an official capacity to Mexican Cabinet members while creating laws in Illinois...
Sandoval said his participation is especially logical because a large share of his constituents were born in Mexico. More than 42 percent of Sandoval’s Senate district is foreign-born, the second-highest rate in the state...
Illinois State Senator also stated at the Latino Caucus at the Rosemont Convention Center a couple of years ago “we need to start a revolution through the Catholic Church” and thats exactly what we see happening on behalf of the illegal alien population.
NOW we see what kind of folks are interested in getting John Mc Cain in office.

“Univ. of Calif. Riverside’s Armando Navarro said his research showed that in 10 to 25 years, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas and Utah will be 50% Latino.”
“I call that re-Mexicanization, not reconquista,” said Navarro, 64. “A new majority is forming. Everything will change. The White House will be within our reach. We might have to change the name to the Brown House.”
“I suggest you make it easier on yourself and support conservatism instead of hanging onto the false notion you can stop socialism by supporting socialism.”
But...but I’ve already gotten to where blood is no longer shooting from my eyes every time I hear him say “my friends.” Do you have any idea the lies that I had to tell myself to get THAT far?
“I think our very best hope is a strong conservative as McCain’s running mate. There is a good chance that McCain will not seek reelection in 2012, we need a real conservative as VP to get national exposure.”
I agree. It’s our only chance of stopping the country from going 20 steps backwards, rather than 10 steps backwards, UNTIL a true conservative becomes POTUS.
Of course, in the meantime, we need to support all of the strong conservative U.S. senators and congresspersons running for the offices that we can to fight liberalism.
That will give them almost 15 years between Bush's and McCain's 2 admins to put it slowly into operation. We're getting the frog treatment.
It DOES get worse with McCain no matter how much some want to convince themselves otherwise.
Any idea if the California event will also be closed to the media?

I have actually gotten to point I don’t give a damn anymore. Both of these candidates are communists. Both of these candidates lie, and neither one of them is worth a tinkers damn.

Honestly, it's impossible to tell if you're speaking about MacCain or Obama.
Voting is no longer the best method to make positive change for our nation.
And you can bet the farm that they'll never put the picture of an old white Senator, no matter how much he did to secure the victory of La Reconquista, on the new American Peso.
