Everyone had their chance with Duncan Hunter to secure the border, and those who sucked up to the anti war third party blew it with their cult like obedience

I remember when the Three Monkeys Rule was applied to Pres. Bush. Those were sad days for conservatism.

I sure wish he would run as an Independent.
To: CindyDawg
No independent will ever win, dividing the Republcans always gives the Left a victory.
This is how we got Woodrow Wilson, Carter and Clinton.

In this case I’m not so sure. Conservatives from all parties are riled with the choices we don’t have. I’m even hearing democrats grumbling.
To: FocusNexus
Wow! They sure had a lot more
endorsers in 2007. And quite a few were commies. Must be cleaning up their act for an election year.

I think we need to bypass the pubbies at the convention, for the good of the country, and choose Duncan Hunter.

I don’t want my vote to be a throw away vote though. If conservatives could get a grass roots movement started to write in a known conservative...it could work.

“I hardly think that the Communist Party endorsment is a major point.”
I’ll bet if only Obama were attending it would be.

Golly, gee whiz, the die hard McCain fanatics must have missed out on this thread. I got through it without being told my vote is a waste, I am irrelevant, I don’t care about the troops or the country, and if I do not vote McCain, I must be voting for Obama.
Where are you all, McCainiacs? Do you no longer care to earn mug points?
Must be that communist thing here.

Well of course. That’s the way the game is played. But please, try to lie yourself into supporting Juan. It’s for the good of the NAU. I know I am trying my best. I have finally stopped screaming from night terrors when thinking about voting for that POS. With a little help and the right application of our good friend alcohol, you too can be one of us.

I believe some states prevent write-ins. This is why it must be done, I think, via the party label.

If Duncan Hunter is not interested, Jim Inhofe is terrific, too.

*Pinging those who posted on this thread to make sure you know that because of the whining of a McCain supporter, the headline has now been scrubbed of the fact that McCain and Obama are participating in a Communist Party USA-endorsed event. Thanks.
When critiquing MacCain, (as with anyone), it's always best to remember that deeds speak much louder than words.

There’s a McCain supporter here?? here?

No independent will ever win, dividing the Republcans always gives the Left a victory.Today's 3rd party is tomorrow's new conservative party. Since the GOP is determined to become largely indistinguishable from the democrat party, for the good of America it's best to mercifully euthanize it quickly and find its replacement rather than keep it around, dying slowly, consuming increasingly scarce political capital.
