Still, since his mother is an American citizen, he would be an American citizen, wouldn't he? But I would love to see the left wing psychopaths dragged over the coals if they did invent this document, it would go a long way toward further discrediting them but they have no shame regardless.
Still, add this into Barack Hussein's reneging on his promise to use public funds and you have the makings of great campaign ads against Obama's credibility, honor and truthfulness. You can't believe him, he's a liar and he goes back on promises. He shook hands with McCain and promised to use public funds - then broke his promise the minute it was convenient. Every left wing rag in the country actually came out and criticized Obama pretty harshly. If the Republicans aren't smart enough to use all that against him in the campaign, then they don't deserve to win. This was B. Hussein's "Read my lips" moment. McCain should brutalize his campaign for this one.
Maybe not. Found this on another site:

According to the state laws in Hawaii that were in effect at the time of Obamas birth, a child must be born to TWO U.S. Citizen parents (this law was in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986, which means it applies to Barack’s birth.
But only Barack’s mom was a U.S. Citizen. Papa Obama was a citizen of Kenya. Well, the Hawaiian law stiplulates that:
If only one parent was a U.S. Citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least FIVE of which had to be after the age of 16.
It appears that Obamas mother was only 18 when Obama was born, which means she was shy of the 21 years of age required by the law. In other words, she was not old enough to qualify her son for automatic U.S. Citizenship. At what point was Barack Obama Jr., son of Barack Obama Sr., recognized by the U.S. Government as an American citizen?
