Though the law is vague as to what constitutes monopolistic behavior, it has very clear numerical guidelines as to what companies it can apply to: those that have achieved over 50% market share. Some S. Korean coporations are worried that they would be the targets of Chinese authorities armed with arbitrary interpretation of vague anti-trust laws.
Anyway, after the Beijing Olympics, China may cut down market presence of some big multinationals in China. They had better be ready for this, instead of wishing that it won't materialize.

The Red Chinese are learning about capitalism very quickly. If someone else has money and you want it, use “laws” and the “courts” to help you get it away from them.
