Sorry, but that is a fact. McCain will put pressure on the RINOs in Congress to vote for the bill. The Senate will be a lost cause. Our only hope is the House and the blue dog Dems. The Dems want to make this a bipartisan effort.

With McCain in the WH, he won’t be in the Senate. That’s worth one vote right there. No GOPer is going to vote for this because McCain tells him to. Either they are or they aren’t. I think that the Dems would practically be unanimous on it, though, if Obama told them to vote for it. And he’s got the majority—enough to push it thru.
Which is precisely why I fear President Obama a whole lot less than President MacCain. GOP senators and congressmen will know to oppose anything proposed by President Obama. But, they'll rubber stamp anything President Crypt-Keeper askes for.
