just because thay are CALLING IT BRANDING does not make it branding.
Call it “marking” them then. He was another one of those teachers who felt his personal faith was more important than his job. That’s great; his reward awaits him in heaven. They were right, however, to fire him because he not only broke the law, he was guilty of insubordination and being stupid. You can’t touch kids these days let alone mark them with a cross or an X.
Shhhhhhhh ... don’t wake them from their dream. ;)
