Change the grades back, whose rights were violated?
Who was harmed, deprived of their property? District employees would have still found a way to stay on the payroll.
These guys showed innovation, ingenuity and team work in problem solving and reaching a goal.
Have them pay a fine and put a black mark on their permanent school record, but let them move on with their life. They have good qualities this economy needs, properly channeled of course.

But if they dont end up doing time, you can bet silicon valley will want these guys on their payroll for testing security. theres potential.I thought the same thing, and wondered if the "brains" behind this had such low grades because he didn't have any work ethic or wasn't so smart in everyday pursuits...
The two seem to be quite lacking in morals and ethics, though, which would really worry me if I were intending to hire them.

They have good qualities this economy needs, properly channeled of course. Yeah, they're skilled and innovative....as long as you aren't worried about ethics, honesty, or integrity, they'd make great employees.

You do have a good point there, I just don't see decades in jail.

I guess that makes them perfect for Wall Street.
